Compressor Valve Plate Assembly Kit with Gasket Set for Marine Refrigeration

This is an overhaul kit for a reciprocating refrigeration compressor.

The parts shown in the photos are:

• Valve plate assembly with suction and discharge valve reeds

• Cylinder head gasket set

• Valve reed strips with small fixing pins, in a protective bag

• Small round part in a separate box

This is mainly use for:

• It replaces worn or broken valve plates and reeds, which cause low cooling, low pressure or long running hours.

• The new gaskets seal the cylinder head and valve plate after overhaul, so gas and oil do not leak.

• It is used for overhaul and breakdown repair of compressors on ship provision cold rooms, marine refrigeration plants, ship air-conditioning, chillers and shore cold storage.

• It keeps the compressor running efficiently between dry-dock periods.
