UV Flame Sensor

This is a UV (ultraviolet) flame sensor used to detect the presence of a flame in oil or gas burner systems. It has a tube-shaped housing with a UV-sensitive detector window, mounted onto the burner using the included mounting bracket and flange.

It connects to a burner sequence controller to confirm successful flame ignition or trigger a safety shutdown if flame is lost. It's commonly used in industrial and marine boiler and combustion systems for continuous flame monitoring and safety interlocking.
