This is the control and logic board from an Emerson/SICE static UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) system. It handles monitoring, switching logic between mains/inverter, and status indication (the LED bank), managing rectifier and battery-charging functions.
It plugs into the UPS's backplane via card-edge connectors rather than being wired directly.
