Thermal Overload Relay for Motor Starters

A 3-phase thermal overload relay that bolts directly onto a magnetic contactor to protect a motor from sustained over-current.

Its bi-metal elements sense current on each phase and trip the contactor's coil circuit if the motor draws too much current for too long, with an adjustable current dial, manual/auto reset, and a trip indicator.
