Piston-Type Flow Switch

This is a piston/paddle-type flow switch installed in-line on a pipe, used to detect the presence or absence of liquid flow. A spring-loaded piston deflects with flow and trips an internal electrical switch at a set flow threshold, protecting pumps, compressors, or heat exchangers from dry-running or flow-loss conditions.
